Google Talk Portable App
February 24th, 2007Crazypack contains a number of useful portable applications and in particular Google Talk and Opera Browser. Doing a search on Google for “Google Talk Portable” doesn’t bring back many promising solutions so I was quite happy to find this one (and it works). I preferred to not use the pstart that comes bundled with Crazypack, so I only copied the individual portable apps that I wanted to my USB drive.

Can’t seem to connect to 3.14……org as per your link in the post.

@Rj, thanks for pointing it out. The Gtalk executable in Crazypack is called PortableGoogleTalk.exe, and a Google search on that reveals a few solutions, in particular this one looks promising: http://www.robloach.net/project/portableapplications.

I can’t get the Crazypack web page to load. Is there a source for Google Talk?
